Profits from the Church Co-Op are invested in the Church Investment Fund. The Church Investment Fund is Managed by StevieB and is focused on creating Passive Income. The Funds goal is to create a sustainable income stream which can benefit Church Members who helped both the Co-Op and Investment Fund grow,
The Fund primarily invests in CLD's, CLD(X)'s and AUD's but may also take advantage of short term opportunities that present a worthwhile value.
We hope to be involved in Land Areas in the near future.
StevieB is uniquely qualified for the job. In real life he is a full time real estate investor and fund manager. He has volunteered his time and expertise to both the Co-Op and Investment Fund.
